My locale is ART and showtime

hello

i have good a server it work at ubuntu pc with good ADSL 1 m.b
now i have locale ART with all sport at 7w
and after 2 week i will have showtime platinume (all channel)
i want to exchange with good server with locale and good ping
all locale are welcome
