News:

Das Newnigma2 Team präsentiert mit dem Newnigma2 V2.5 den neuen Device-Manager.
Dieses Plugin verwaltet alle Medien, wie USB-Sticks, CF-Karten und DVD-Laufwerke.
Neben dem Formatieren und Partitionieren, konfiguriert ihr auch die Swap Einstellungen hierüber.

Wir freuen uns auch endlich ein webradio-plugin präsentieren zu können, welches sämtliche shoutcast und mp3 Streams abspielen und aufnehmen kann.

Das Newnigma2 V2.5 kommt mit einem eigenen Newnigma2 HD-Skin.



Der Mountmanager wurde durch den Netzwerkbrowser ersetzt.
Diesen findet ihr in den Netzwerkeinstellungen.
Hier hat man nun auch die Möglichkeit, eine Netzwerk-Resource als Aufnahme-Ziel zu definieren.

Die Kabel-Picons wurden, zu Gunsten der Übersichtlichkeit, zusammen gelegt.
Alle Picon-Pakete wurde auf einen aktuellen Stand gebracht.

Newnigma2 Team presents the new device-manager.
This plugin handles all media: usb-sticks, cf-cards and dvd-drives.
Besides formatting and partitioning, it is possible to configure swap settings.

We are proud to present our new webradio-plugin. It supports playing and recording all shoutcast- and mp3-streams.

Newnigma2 v2.5 comes with its own Newnigma2 hd-skin.


Mountmanager has been replaced by networkbrowser and can be found in network-preferences.
Now it is also possible to set a network resource as recording destination.

Cable-picons have been gathered, due to clarity.
All picon-packages have been updated.

Benutzer der DM8000 und DM800 können von 2.8.2 auf 2.8.3 mittels console updaten. Allen anderen raten wir neu zu flashen. Den usern der DM7025 raten wir dringend dazu neu zu flashen. Es kann beim update von 2.8.2 auf 2.8.3 mittels GUI zu einem greenscreen kommen.

for DM800 and DM8000 users it's possible to update from 2.8.2 to 2.8.3 via console, for DM7025 users it's strongly recommended to flash 2.8.3. you will get a greenscreen when you update via GUI. No support für Multiboot.
