DVBTV is an application for the
TechnoTrend PCline Premium family cards (or 100% compatible). It does
not work with the cheaper model sold by Hauppauge as WinTV Nova. Neither
does it work with the Pinnacle PCTV sat or the TechniSat Skystar 2.
Although DVBTV can be used to watch TV
on a monitor, the focus is on using DVBTV with a regular TV using the TV
out on the DVB card.

DVBTV is an application for the
TechnoTrend DVB-s and DVB-c PCI cards (or 100% compatible) that include
an MPEG2 decoder chip. It does not work with the cheaper model sold by
Hauppauge as WinTV Nova. Neither does it work with the Pinnacle PCTV sat
or the TechniSat Skystar 2.
DVBTV requires the latest TechnoTrend
drivers, version 2.08. Earlier versions of the 2.x series have not
been tested. Version 1.xx drivers are not compatible with DVBTV.
