HispaDVB 2.0 Alpha 14

Here we have the new alpha version of HispaDVB. The main..and really big change is the use of a database to deal with channel list.. favorites.. transponders.. satellites and know services. This allows us to reduce memory allocation for those users that have really big channel lists. Obviously the old channel editors now doesn't work but please have a look at the internal channel editor it has almost all you need.. and if you need something more please let us know.

If you want to import your previous LstCanales.ini you can do it in the Channels menu (Import previous channel list). Now you can add transponders to a satellite without rebooting HispaDVB. Just have a look at the new dialogue "Edit Transponder Database". In that dialogue you must select a satellite and add a single transponder by hand.. delete a selected transponder.. change the name of a group of satellites.. add a new satellite.. import the transponders provided by a transponder.ini file (like those provided by JoshyFun) and even delete a whole satellite.

There's also a change related to the terrestrial section. There's no more country/repeater distribution. Now you must create a bouquet (Configuration -> Edit Bouquets) for the terrestrial muxes that you receive in your area.. otherwise you will get the whole VHF+UHF channels.

Finally take in mind that many files are no longer necessary so they're not included in this distribution of HispaDVB.

Both Spanish and English language files have been updated and many untranslated widgets and messages now can be translated in your language.

Future releases will try to improve BDA modules and DirectShow multi.

HispaDVB 2.0 Alpha 14a Update

There should be corrected the in it always bug, the import bug, some OSD message translations, and a failure in the Service Properties dialog.
Just overwrite HispaDVB.exe and the corresponding lang file in the installation directory.

HispaDVB 2.0 Alpha 15

This is almost a bugfix version,
Added an option to DirectShowMulti to preload data: improves stability.

Corrected a bug that doesn't restore priority on the DirectShowMulti builder.

Restored the option to enable decimation on HD services. This reduces CPU requirements but worsens video resolution. Please ensure a proper service definition for HD services using Service Properties dialog, if video isn't detected as HD, set it manually.

Added an operational Sort by conditional access system in the Channellist editor. Now almost all CPU intensive operation runs in low priority thread and shows an status dialog.

A bug in the LNB properties dialog can lead to improper DiSEqC configuration.

All Dialog titles are translated. Please note that we have changed Transponder and Multiplex denomination with the more general Flux. So a Flux can be a transponder, a multiplex or in a future an encapsulated flux.

Many, many, many tranlatable messages has been added. As always only the English languague file is updated, sorry.

A very basic UDP media server for an VLC
type client in alpha stage.

Now it's possible to edit more service
parameters from the Service Properties dialog.

Now you can add manually a service,
using Add channel in the Channels menu.

Many bugfixes in the Channel editor.

Database format sligtly changed,
if you put your previous database
(LstCanales.db)
in the HispaDVB directory it should
be automatically updated.

BDA module have been improved and
it should work now with more BDA
compatible cards. Becarefull !!!
Tuner modules are almost
automatically detected,
but Capture filters are
proposed based on tuner name,
so check carefully the BDA configuration dialog.

You can use a terrestrial
BDA card and a satellite BDA card.

TechnoTrend DiSEqC 1.0 and DVB-S2
formats are supported by the BDA-S
module (of course you must have a
DVB-S2 card compatible).

Timer has been corrected (I hope),
because it was left buggy after the
Channel list upgrade. Now your
recordings should work at least
as good as before.

HispaDVB 2.0 Alpha 17

Added a new button to SORT your favourite list in the Channel list editor (ask new sort fields if you need more)
Added support for translated messages in the BDA module
Added support for terrestrial NIT parsing
Minimized the effect of the buggy Microsoft TIF filter for BDA cards: Now you should be able to scan completely Astra or Hotbird without failures.
Other minor bugfixes.
