V2CRS - Capture Scheduler during TV broadcast

V2CRS is an interface for the windows task scheduler, which allows you to schedule your tv-recordings comfortable. Recording is done via VirtualVCR or (since version 1.07) via VirtualDub. Since version 1.13 you can capture via HardDiskOgg too.
Every recording is represented by a task. Every task contains trigger. Example: Every Wednesday, 8:15pm. So, your VirtualVCR will start at 8:10 pm (Due a pre-recording time of 5 minutes) and start capturing. There are lot of more functions, shutdown after task, specify the output filename, etc. For more details, see the features section.

What's new:

Added

* Added a checkbox for the ability to execute the Time-Button every time a task is added or edited. Exceptions are "Start immediately" in task-dialog is checked or "Scheduler.exe" is allready running to avoid setting the PC-clock during a running capture-session. (Preferences / Add task)
* Added a combobox to set VirtualDub-version. This is necessary for VDubProfileCreator because VirtualDub use different registry-paths depending on its version. (Preferences / Capture application / VirtualDub)
